Jennifer Moule is a performer, singer, theatre & short film director and mask maker. 

 

Born in the UK, she graduated in English Literature from Bristol University in 2004. Now based in Buenos Aires, she is part of the new mask theatre company Las Papelonia. they are preparing a new site specific theatrical experience in an old house for October 2023.

She directs short films involving physical theatre and video dance. In April 2021 she premiered her short film 'Pata y Muslo' (Thigh and Drumstick) at the Buenos Aires International Film Festival (BAFICI) and was presented at CineFem, Festival Internacional de Cine de la Mujer, Uruguay and the Festival Internacional de Video Danza in Colombia. The short film was a finalist at the IX Fiver Awards (Madrid). It won the Encuentros Coreográficos de Videodanza competition at the Centro Cultural Universitario Paco Urondo. This year at BAFICI she will premiere her latest new short 'Feliz Navidad' (Merry Kitschmas), a comedy with masks.

Under the alter ego Damsel Talk she makes music and creates improvisational collaborations with other artists. Her compositions navigate between jazz, folk, cabaret and theatrical storytelling.
